This is me, demonstrating my affection for fruit. It's not as hard as it looks. The trick is you have to be able to have complete control over your gag reflex. I had to swallow each banana one at a time because the first one had to be clear of my teeth before the second could go in. Notice, if you look closely, you can see the 1st banana (it's shape) poking out from my neck because I had to work it over to one side to make room for the second one. Also, it's important to bring them out together because once they are in there they sort of stick to each other and it's not easy to pull them out individually without squishing them or even worse they could get stuck if you use your throat muscles too much. Best to just keep your throat totally relaxed at this point.

(But afterward, I ate them... ha)
